DJIKOLOUM Dingamnayal Michael holds a Master’s degree in Sociology and is currently a PhD candidate in International Development. He has accumulated over 15 years of professional experience, primarily in project and programme coordination and management. Trained at the GIZ Academy for International Cooperation as an executive leader, he has a strong command of professional leadership methods and proven skills in strategic management.

His professional background includes several leadership roles within international and humanitarian organizations, notably: Grants Manager at Family Health International (FHI360/USAID), Field Office Head for the Project to Strengthen Resilience and Peaceful Cohabitation in Chad (GIZ), Program Manager and Base Manager at World Vision Chad, Good Governance Officer at COOPI-LRRD.

Passionate about peacebuilding, Mr. DJIKOLOUM has been actively engaged for several years in promoting peaceful coexistence through support for community dialogue initiatives and civic education projects.
