Marie Parma
Cameroon Consultation Intern
Marie graduated in 2024 from SAIS Johns Hopkins University and Sciences Po Lille, obtaining two master’s degrees in International Affairs, and in Peace, Humanitarian Action and Development. Her studies focused on the Middle East, conflict resolution, and human rights, with particular emphasis on women’s rights and gender-based violence. She interned at the Global Forum on Migration and Development and at the United Nations in New York, in the Office of the Special Representative of the Secretary-General on Sexual Violence in Conflict.
With experience in policy analysis, research, and diplomatic negotiations, Marie is committed to advancing peacebuilding through data analysis and research. In her free time, she enjoys dancing, fashion, photography, and sports. She is currently studying Arabic in Cairo at the French Institute of Egypt and brings a multicultural perspective. She speaks French, Italian, English, and Spanish fluently.
