Asking important questions in Abyei

Concordis' Abyei team has been spending a lot of time in Amiet Market recently.

They have been interviewing customers, stallholders, restaurateurs, service providers, transport operators and others. The purpose of these consultations is to discover what people think about inter-community trade, the local justice system and the security situation in Abyei. The team will analyse the information gained and submit a report to various partners, including local and national governments, the UN and other NGOs.

This research is an important piece of information and analysis that will help organisations work together towards building peace in Abyei.
