Mona Hassan Mighani
Sudan Country Representative
Mona is responsible for overseeing Concordis’ Abyei Programme from the Sudan side. She is back with Concordis after a five-year gap when she worked for USAID.

Jonathan Tossell
Programme Manager - Abyei
Jonathan’s role is to oversee the Abyei programme. He manages all aspects, from meeting targets and training staff to ensuring that consultations and dialogues are inclusive and promote sustainable peace.

Yassin Ali Abdalla-Adam
North Abyei Liaison Officer
Yassin works with local authorities to ensure that Concordis continues to be a trusted and compliant actor in the region.

Stephen Mou
Abyei Project Manager
Stephen’s role is to ensure the smooth running of the Abyei team. He manages the team as they carry out conflict analysis and dialogues.

Piol Samuel Deng
Abyei Finance Manager
Piol is the finance expert in the Abyei team, managing the day-to-day runnings of the programme and stewarding it’s long term sustainability.

Tabitha Chol
South Abyei Liaison Officer
With a background in translation and social work, Tabitha is an experienced and trusted local peace builder. She has worked with organisations such as Save the Children and her role for Concordis is to liaise with government and other officials.

Santino Manut Kon
Northern Bahr el-Ghazal Consultant Liaison Officer
Santino is experienced in partnership development, with a demonstrated history of working in developmental and humanitarian interventions. He is skilled in Nonprofit Organizations, grants management, civilian protection, child protection, women's protection, peacebuilding, food security and livelihood, proposal development, budget management, report writing, analytical skills, and program evaluation. Santino holds a Master's Degree in International Relations from the University of Juba, a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and Social Administration from Kampala University in Uganda, and a Diploma in Community Development from Coffered Nairobi.

Ousmane Brahim Abdel-Hamid
Programme Officer
With a background in logistics, administration, accounting and data management, Ousmane joins Concordis with a wealth of experience. His role focuses on conflict analysis and management, coaching and hosting focus groups and ensuring inclusive participation in peace processes.

Jean Oscar Guenekeyan Ganaye
Programme Officer
Jean Oscar has experience in community mobilising in the NGO Caritas, reducing community violence and education on explosive devices risks with DanChurchAID and social cohesion with Lutheran World Federation. He is now Program Officer based in Paoua where his activities include analysis of conflicts related to transhumance in mapping of agro-pastoral actors and infrastructures, training and coaching of members of the advisory group , facilitation of dialogue, prevention conflict management and mediation, popularization of Bekoninga act of commitment and supervision of livestock vaccination.

Donald Koe Miabe
Senior Programme Officer
As a project manager and community mobilizer, Donald facilitates community-based dialogue and trains local people in conflict analysis and management, social cohesion, setting up early warning systems, mediation and humanitarian negotiation.

Timea Svarkova
Country Manager
Timea is responsible for the CAR programme. Timea has worked in DRC, Haiti, Chad, Niger, and more. Timea has worked with MSF, Humanity and Inclusion, and Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue. She has a Masters in Violence, Conflict and Development from SOAS.

Romeo Oriya-Nzaoubaye
Programme Officer
Romeo is a Programme Officer with experience in the areas of Armed Violence Reduction and Management and Peaceful Resolution of Intercommunity Conflicts. He works to ensure the activities of prevention and resolution of conflicts between transhumant herders and farmers beneficial to all.

Paule Debato
Programme Officer
Paule is an economist by training and is now a Program Officer at Concordis International. She works within analysis of conflicts related to transhumance in Ouham Pendé, Ouham, Bamingui Bangoran and Vakaga regions, mapping agropastoral actors and infrastructures, training and coaching of advisory group members, facilitation and dialogue; conflict prevention, management and mediation and the popularization of acts of commitment of Békoninga.

Firmin Ken
Finance & Logistics Officer
As part of the implementation of Concordis activities in Paoua, Firmin assume the management of the logistics, administration and financial areas. This includes management of the inventory , vehicle movements, the maintenance of the base and supervision and mentoring of the guards. The administrative management includes managing staff, mission orders, follow up on staff departures and returns from leave, staff salaries. Financial management includes settling invoices and keeping accounts.

Nour Mahamat
Nour pursued studies in computer management and in logistics and transport before transferring to humanitarian work in local NGOs and then as a consultant in conflict analysis and management. Since 2023, Nour has been part of the CAR team with responsibilities for the analysis, prevention and management of conflicts related to transhumance in the north of the country and training and coaching. He also is in charge of capacity building of community mediators and members of advisory groups on conflict management and detection of phenomena related to climate change and the consolidation of peace and sustainable social cohesion.

Cece Bienvenu Lamah
Administrative, Financial and Logistics Manager
After completing a Masters in Finance and RH from Bioforce in France, Cece built a strong experience in the area of Finance, HR and Logistics. Cece has worked for many International NGOs before: Terre des hommes, Solidarités International and Oxfam International in different countries: Guinea, CAR, Tchad, Cameroun, Burkina Faso and Maroc. He also has worked in the private sector precisely in bank and telecommunications.

Timothee has completed a Masters in Law with International Relations and now works as a Programme Officer in Central African Republic.

Geofroy Roston Tenguere Kabou
Finance and Logistics Officer - BANGUI
Geofroy graduated from the University of Bangui with a degree in Economics in 2012 and entered the humanitarian field in 2011. His journey began as an Administrative and Financial Assistant with MERLIN in 2012. Later, he assumed the role of Finance Officer with WAR CHILD UK and as a Finance Officer with the International Rescue Committee. From October 2022 to March 2023, he served as a Finance Officer with TEARFUND. Finally, on April 3, 2023, Geofroy joined Concordis International as a Finance & Logistics Officer. He is genuinely delighted to be a part of the team.

Gunther Kondembi
Programme Officer
Gunther has been working in peacebuilding in CAR since 2012. Between 2015 and 2018 he was recruited as a social cohesion specialist by the NGO ACTED. Before joining Concordis, he worked for the NGO CORDAID and holds a master's degree in economics from the Haute Ecole de Gestion et Comptabilité in Bangui.

Sarelle Mossio
Programme Officer
Sarelle has 7 years of professional experience in the humanitarian field. She has had particular experience in the field of peacebuilding, participating in the implementation of a Security Sector Reform program in the Ouham Pendé prefecture, with the involvement of civil society within the NGO Dan Church Aid (DCA). She is a graduate of the Institut International de Management de Bangui.

Ferdinand Tando
Finance and Logistics Officer - BIRAO
Ferdinand has been working in the humanitarian aid field since 2008 after graduating with a degree in Human Resources Management. He has worked with ACF, MSF, Mercycorps, AFRBD, SOLIDARITES international before joining Concordis International in early 2023. His positions varied from WASH, Logistics, Finance and Administrative roles.

Ahmedai
Ahmedai recently joined Concordis, and he is responsible for managing the peacebuilding program in South Darfur State Sudan. He has worked in Livelihoods, Economic Recovery and Market Systems, WASH, Peacebuilding, Community Services, Teaching, and Translations. He has worked for ARC, MCS, Oxfam GB, IRC, and more. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Education and Arts from the University of Nyala.

Sultan
Sultan is programme officer peacebuilding for Concordis, he has worked in Sudan- south, north, and east Darfur states. He worked with MOA, CESVI, CHF, ZOA, and WVI, on peacebuilding projects such as DCPSF (Darfur community peace and stability fund) and STR (stability through resilience). He graduated from the Sudan university of science and technology.

Mubarak works as Programme Officer with Concordis International Nyala, South Darfur State, Sudan. He has been working for more than seven years with NGOs. He also has a Master's Degree in Rural Development with considerable knowledge and experience in Peacebuilding Programmes.

Abdulrahman has Joined Humanitarian Organizations since 2010. Abdulrahman Joined Concordis International as Programme Officer Nyala, South Darfur State, Sudan. He has been working for WVI as a Protection Officer.

Habib
Habib joined Concordis as Community Liaison Manager in 2022, providing supervision to staff and implementing program activities. Previously, Habib was Chief of Party for Malam Darfur Peace and Development. He has over 10 years experience with international organisations including as regional team leader for AECOM International and positions with Save the Children USA, Catholic Relief Services l, Concern Worldwide and War Child Canada. Habib has a Master’s degree in Disaster Management and Refugee Studies.

Khalid
Khalid works as Programme Officer with Concordis in South Darfur. Before joining Concordis, Khalid worked with the Spanish Red Cross, Oxfam GB, Workd Vision and other private companies. His first degree was in environmental science and he has a masters degree in peace and development from Juba University.

Acho Gerald
Programme Manager
Acho is a seasoned peacebuilder and community development practitioner with a decade of hands-on experience overseeing and managing peacebuilding, security, and development programs in the Horn of Africa and Africa's Great Lakes Region. As Darfur Peacebuilding Programme Manager, Acho is responsible for managing the peacebuilding program in South Darfur, collaborating closely with the team and local communities to achieve the goals and objectives of the Darfur Programme.

Peter Marsden
CEO and Director of Programmes
Peter leads Concordis and the design and delivery of all peacebuilding programmes. He is an experienced mediator and takes a hands-on role in engaging participants and stakeholders, including government and opposition groups, facilitating inter-community dialogue and training peacebuilders. He has previously worked in Iraq, India, Kenya, Lebanon, South Africa and Uganda. In his first career, Peter worked for 9 years as a legal aid, child protection solicitor in London. He obtained a Masters in International Development from London School of Economics in 2007 and has worked at a senior management level in peacebuilding charities ever since.

Sue Rooke
Director of Finance
Sue develops and manages Concordis’ financial systems and controls, ensuring effective management of the organisation’s finances in the UK and overseas. She has had a long career in the charity finance sector, including ICRC, in a number of different countries.

Nicola Ukiah
Programme Development Manager
Nicola ensures that Concordis’ work is considered and captured carefully, from funding applications through monitoring and evaluation to final donor reports. She has a commercial background working across Europe, Middle East and Africa and holds a Masters in International Studies and Diplomacy from SOAS.

Sally Rogers
Operations Manager
Bringing broad experience of both school business management and teaching IT in the education sector, Sally joins Concordis as Office Manager. Sally’s role is not only to help organise activities in London, but to manage systems and programmes utilised by all Concordis staff. She also assists with the development of Concordis’ programmes.

Ibrahim Alghadamsi
Programme Intern Abyei
Ibrahim is a Master’s candidate specializing in Conflict, Security, and Development at Sussex University. With nine years of extensive work experience in the field of mine action, Ibrahim has had the privilege of contributing to both commercial and humanitarian institutions, gaining a deep understanding of the complexities surrounding post-conflict environments.
Through his experiences, Ibrahim has witnessed firsthand the devastating effects of conflict on individuals and communities, further fueling his interest in peacebuilding initiatives.
As a graduate student, Ibrahim is eager to deepen his knowledge and expertise in conflict resolution, security strategies, and sustainable development practices.

Carla Pia Silva
Programme Intern CAR
Carla has earned her Master's degree in Conflict, Development, and Security from Lancaster University, UK. Prior to this, she obtained her Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Relations at Lancaster University's campus in Accra, Ghana.
Throughout her academic and professional journey, Carla has displayed a sharp insight for conflict research and analysis. As a student researcher at the Richardson Institute, she conducted comprehensive research, notably producing a report on Human Rights in Bahrain. Her skills extends to analytical skills, data analysis, and critical thinking abilities, all of which are instrumental in the effective implementation of peace programs.

Programme Intern CAR
Zoe is pursuing a Master's in Crisis Analysis and Humanitarian Aid at Université Savoie Mont Blanc. She has always loved evolving in multicultural contexts and wanted to work in the humanitarian sector. Her first experience as a volunteer for the Spanish Red Cross in the Canary Islands during the migration crisis confirmed her desire to work in this sector. She is passionate about conflict analysis and peacebuilding and after an internship in a small Moroccan NGO, she developed a special interest in projects around the protection and empowerment of women.

Programme Intern Darfur
Aya Maria Khoury, a committed Lebanese activist, is completing her Master's in Human Rights and Multi-Level Governance at the University of Padova, Italy. With a Bachelor's degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy from Notre Dame University in Lebanon, she embarked on her humanitarian journey early, driven by a deep sense of duty amidst Lebanon's challenges.
With seven years of experience in the humanitarian field, Aya has worked tirelessly with NGOs, dedicating herself to community service and social advocacy. Her tenure at the Lebanese Red Cross, where she rose to lead the Mass Casualty Incidents Department, honed her crisis management and communication skills. Seeking a role that fosters both personal and organizational growth, Aya is passionate about contributing to peacebuilding efforts, a commitment she has nurtured throughout her academic journey

Fundraising and Communication Intern
Liliana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and a Master’s Degree in Crisis Management and Peacebuilding from Umeå University, Sweden. With a background that spans multiple European countries, including an internship at a diplomatic mission in Paris and a research intern position in peace and food security, she demonstrates a remarkable ability to adapt and a nuanced cultural understanding. Her passion lies in peacebuilding operations, conflict resolution and humanitarian action. A native Portuguese speaker, Liliana is fluent in English and possesses some knowledge in Spanish and French.
