Tania Villanueva

Programme Intern

Tania holds a Master's degree in International Security from Sciences Po Paris University, specializing in conflict resolution and mediation in Africa. She is particularly interested in grassroots peacebuilding, post-conflict reconciliation and transitional justice, and has led multiple research projects in these fields. In the past, Tania has worked for the UN Office for Disarmament Affairs, UNICEF and in the field in rural Zambia delivering SRH/SGBV programming. Her expertise lies in project design, delivery and M&E, with a particular focus on the gendered dimensions of crisis and conflict. 

Fluent in English, Spanish, French and Mandarin, Tania is deeply committed to promoting the values of humanity, respect and inclusion, and hopes to work by encouraging better communication between warring communities.
