Shiyona, a Development Studies master's student at the Institute of Development Studies, UK, contributes her expertise in entrepreneurial development gained through over two years of work experience with Udhyam Learning Foundation, an Indian NGO.

Originally from Kerala, Shiyona possesses hands-on experience working directly with beneficiaries and in the entire project building process. Her bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, and Psychology from St. Joseph's University, Bangalore, coupled with her interests in project management, communications, and impact assessment, equips her to make significant contributions to various team initiatives. She's also eager to leverage her internship with the Concordis team to gain practical experience in peacebuilding activities.
