Osman has recently joined Concordis as MEAL officer in Nyala. He has been working with World Vision International South Darfur Program since 2004 . He worked in the water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) sector as hygiene promotion supervisor from 2004 up to 2006 , as WASH team leader from 2006 to 2010, as Accountability, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer from 2010 to 2018, as peacebuilding project coordinator from 2018 to 2020, and as South Darfur MEAL coordinator from 2021 up to 2023. Osman has a BA in English language and literature from Omdurman AL Alhlia university and a high diploma in peace studies and community development from Nyala university.
