After his graduation in 2006, Denis started his finance and operations career with Skills for South Sudan in Nairobi. In 2007, Denis was offered full-time employment with IRC (International Rescue Committee), first as Finance, HR & Admin Officer and later acting as Finance Manager. He then moved on to the International HIV/AID Alliance South Sudan Programme as Senior Grants Officer/Financial Management Specialist. Denis also worked as Grants Officer with Jhpiego, Finance and Logistics Manager with Women for Women International, Senior Operations Manager with RTI and Development Programme Budget Specialist with USAID, South Sudan. Modi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Uganda Christian University in Mukono, and a Master’s Degree in Economics Policy from the Central European University in Budapest, Hungary.
