After obtaining a Master’s degree in financial resources, administration and human resources from Bioforce (France) in 2014, Mahmoudou acquired solid skills in managing support services in several international NGOs in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Niger, Chad and the Central African Republic. Also, Mahmoudou worked in Burkina Faso in the public sector as health services manager.
