Jean Oscar has experience in community mobilising in the NGO Caritas, reducing community violence and education on explosive devices risks with DanChurchAID and social cohesion with Lutheran World Federation.

He is now Programme Officer based in Paoua where his activities include analysis of conflicts related to transhumance in mapping of agro-pastoral actors and infrastructures, training and coaching of members of the advisory group , facilitation of dialogue, prevention conflict management and mediation, popularization of Bekoninga act of commitment and supervision of livestock vaccination.
