As part of the implementation of Concordis activities in Paoua, Firmin assumes the management of the logistics, administration and financial areas. This includes management of the inventory , vehicle movements, the maintenance of the base and supervision and mentoring of the guards. The administrative management includes managing staff, mission orders, follow up on staff departures and returns from leave, staff salaries. Financial management includes settling invoices and keeping accounts.
