Essam is currently the Darfur Peacebuilding Manager with Concordis. He brings over 20 years of extensive experience in coordination, analysis and community engagement, with a strong track record of overseeing multi-sector initiatives, fostering collaboration and delivering impactful results.

Before joining Concordis, Essam worked with World Vision International and UNDP. He holds a Master’s degree in Rural Development as well as advanced training in project management, peacebuilding and community development.
