Afish Ruman Ladu Gore
MEAL Manager
Afish is a dedicated MEAL professional and a peacebuilder at heart, with over ten years of experience supporting humanitarian and development programmes in conflict‑affected settings. At Concordis, he supports peacebuilding initiatives through thoughtful monitoring, reflective learning, and adaptive, conflict‑sensitive MEAL systems. His approach blends technical rigour with empathy, ensuring programmes remain responsive, inclusive, and grounded in local realities. He has worked with organisations such as GIZ, CARE International, Cordaid, World Vision, and Skills for South Sudan across peacebuilding, governance, health, agriculture, and emergency response. Afish holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Applied Statistics, and a master’s degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, and brings strong experience in digital MEAL systems, results‑based management, and learning for continuous improvement.
